Be part of our new format Sports Challenge where everyone WINS! Are you ready to energise your community and get more children involved in sport? Cash for Kids is calling on grassroots sports groups across Northern Ireland to join our unique fundraising competition! Sports Challenge is about breaking down barriers to sport for children and young people facing disadvantage or disability, so we’re on the lookout for groups that can make a real impact. Up to 15 groups will be shortlisted and given from 20th September to 20th October to raise as much as they can with Cash for Kids providing expert fundraising advice and materials to help them succeed, teaching valuable skills to boost their future fundraising efforts. On top of what they raise, the top three fundraising groups will receive * 🥇 1st Place – £5,000 🥇 🥈 2nd Place – £2,500 🥈 🥉 3rd Place – £1,500 🥉 PLUS all other groups will receive a top up grant of £500! ** More information can be found here.

Criteria and guidance

Up to 15 groups will be shortlisted and given from 20th September to 20th October to raise funds with expert support. The top three fundraising groups receive £5,000, £2,500, and £1,500 respectively, and all other participating groups receive a top-up grant of £500.
