Criteria and guidance
Capital grants of £10,000–£20,000 are available for registered charities, CICs and community benefit societies to repair or improve community buildings and outdoor spaces. Annual income must be between £40,000 and £400,000.
Applicants must own the site or hold a lease with at least three years remaining. Sports clubhouses used by only one organisation are ineligible.
