What is funded
We’re working with the Northern Ireland Executive on the Ending Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAWG) Strategic Framework to bring together a whole of society and whole of government response to address this issue which impacts the lives of far too many women and girls across our society. With help from the Northern Ireland Executive we’re offering funding of up to £25,000 through the Change Fund to support community groups to change the attitudes, behaviours and culture of violence against women and girls; promote healthy, respectful relationships and help women and girls feel and be safe everywhere. Apply Now Funding can be applied for within three tiers of support: Tier 1: grants between £1,000 - £5000 - Apply 1-year grant for 2026-27 financial year Tier 2: grants between £5,001 - £15,000 - Apply multiyear grant for 2026-28 Tier 3: grants between £15,001 - £25,000 - Apply multiyear grant for 2026-28 An applicant is allowed to submit one application for each available tier (e.g. different levels of funding, project categories, or program types). Only One Award Per Applicant: Regardless of how many tiers an applicant applies to, they can only receive funding or approval for one project. If multiple applications are successful, the awarding body will likely decide which single project to award. Criteria and guidance
Funding is available across three tiers: Tier 1 (£1,000 to £5,000 for one year), Tier 2 (£5,001 to £15,000 for multiple years), and Tier 3 (£15,001 to £25,000 for multiple years). Applicants can apply to multiple tiers but can only receive one award. Applications open on Monday 26 January 2026 and close on Monday 23 February 2026.
